Because our dates are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. But your satisfaction means everything to us.

If your order arrives damaged, or if something’s not quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Whether it’s an issue with freshness, packaging, or anything else, we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund.
